I’ve been a gamer since I was a child, but most importantly I love photography. With the advent of photomode in videogames I was able to develop this passion of mine in gaming too. It’s called Virtual Photography. And this is my art.
Cyberpunk 2077
My first boot camp in Virtual Photography. I have always loved science fiction and the cyberpunk genre specifically, when CD Project Red created a video game based on the famous role-playing game I couldn’t help but take advantage of it. And I didn’t mind the initial bugs, for me it was a dream come true.
Mass Effect
A great passion of mine has always been BioWare’s Mass Effect saga, Andromeda included. Visually gorgeous, engaging, with a breathtaking story. When the Legendary Edition came out with the photomode included it was my chance to take all those photos that I couldn’t take in 2007.
Stray
Sometimes, however, you don’t need to have an excellent photomode to take excellent photos, in fact, sometimes you don’t need it at all. That’s what happened to me with Stray. A indie game, which immediately won the hearts of the general public. It was the first one which allowed me to connect with the large community of Virtual Photographers on Instagram, the same one that allowed me to grow.
